1. Scope and operator
This notice applies to the Momoji introduction website. It has no registration, payment, image upload, or newsletter form. See the operator information below for operator and privacy contact details.
2. Information processed by the website
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 (G-SCJ8XQ06XW) analyzes pages visited, device and browser details, referrers, and cookie identifiers to improve the site. The Google tag is not loaded before consent or after a refusal. Ad personalization and Google Signals are disabled in code. Language is selected through URLs; only the analytics choice is stored in a browser cookie for 180 days. Hosting provider Vercel may process connection information such as IP address, requested URL, access time, and browser information to deliver pages and protect the service.
3. Analytics cookies and your choice
The analytics service is Google Analytics (Google LLC). After consent, visit data may be transmitted to Google servers abroad as pages are accessed. This site limits _ga and _ga_* cookies to 180 days. Server-side event and user-data retention follows the GA4 property setting, which is being confirmed. Use Cookie settings in the footer to decline at any time; doing so removes analytics cookies on this host and stops further collection. Removing cookies does not delete data already sent; contact the operator for personal-data requests.
4. Purpose, retention, and deletion
Connection information is used for page delivery and security. This static site has no visitor database. Specific hosting log retention periods, processing locations, and contractual terms remain subject to verification. Information no longer needed should be deleted under applicable law and contracts; we do not promise an unverified retention period.
5. External services and international processing
The site is hosted by Vercel. Connection information may be processed outside your country depending on service locations. Processor terms, destination countries, transfer methods and timing, retention, applicable grounds, and objection procedures require confirmation. See Vercel’s privacy information below. The site has no feature that shares personal data with third parties for advertising or sale.
6. Desktop files and AI connections
Character images, prompts, and outputs are stored in local app projects. When you initiate AI creation, inputs may be sent to your chosen provider under that provider’s policy. This website demo makes no AI requests or image uploads. Production license-server fields, including device and order identifiers, and their retention will be disclosed before connection.
7. Your rights and requests
You may request information about processing, access, correction, deletion, or restriction through the operator, subject to applicable law. Only the minimum identity-verification information needed may be requested. Any legal limits on a request should be explained. Korea’s Privacy Portal provides guidance on privacy concerns.
8. Security and updates
The site is served over HTTPS and contains no client-side secret keys. Before introducing data collection, analytics, checkout, or accounts, we will update relevant purposes, fields, retention, and other disclosures and seek consent where required. Changes and publication dates will be shown here.
