Groble monthly subscription
Monthly billing renews automatically. Cancel through your Groble purchase history or contact contact@aipocket.ai with your order number. Cancellation stops the next payment while preserving the paid period. Requests within 7 days of each payment receive a full refund for that cycle regardless of use. Later refunds are prorated to the remaining time in that paid cycle, rounded up to the nearest KRW, and stop the next renewal. Duplicate charges or an undelivered license receive a full refund for that payment. Send your purchase email and order number, never your purchase code or password. Statutory consumer rights are not restricted.
Paddle purchases · planned
When Paddle checkout is available, refunds and statutory withdrawals for those orders will follow Paddle Buyer Terms, its Refund Policy, and applicable consumer law. Request a refund through Paddle Buyer Support or contact@aipocket.ai with your purchase email and order number. Cancel subscriptions through the customer portal linked in your confirmation email or Paddle Buyer Support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and stops renewal. Cancellation and a refund of an existing payment are separate. Lifetime is a one-time purchase without automatic renewal.
